Description: This parameter defines the inter-character timer that sets the amount of time, in tens of milliseconds, that will elapse before forwarding the received data. The value of 5 turns off the timer. Setting this object to 0 causes the default value of 5 to be used.

This MIB object corresponds to the NA/admin asynchronous port parameter 'forwarding_timer'.
