What is xPnniRtstCurPointer?
When a route test resolves with a computed DTL, this reports the byte offset within xPnniRtstDTL of the current-pointer position, marking which hop in the DTL represents the next step from this node. It's a low-level detail useful mainly when manually decoding the returned DTL.
