What is xcmCommsMgmtCommandStatus?
This OID reports the error status of the most recent management command for this entity, set when the command is accepted and again when it completes (in case of a deferred operation). An admin polls this after issuing a command via xcmCommsMgmtCommandRequest to see whether it succeeded or failed.
