This object is used to create and delete individual conceptual rows in the 'xcmSvcMonQueueTable' and (optionally) in the 'xcmSvcMonQueueExtTable' (if implementated on this system). Usage: Conforming implementations which support static rows SHALL support 'active' and 'notInService' writes to this 'xcmSvcMonQueueRowStatus' row status object; and SHALL clear the 'svcMonQueueGroup' bit in 'xcmSvcMonGeneralCreateSupport' in the 'xcmSvcMonGeneralTable'. Usage: Conforming implementations which support dynamic rows SHALL support 'createAndGo' and 'destroy' writes to this 'xcmSvcMonQueueRowStatus' row status object; and SHALL set the 'svcMonQueueGroup' bit in 'xcmSvcMonGeneralCreateSupport' in the 'xcmSvcMonGeneralTable'.
