What is xcronBatchMonth?
This field encodes, as a bit mask, which months of the year this batch job is scheduled to run in. Admins set specific month bits, or "any", to restrict a job to particular months, such as scheduling a maintenance task only in certain quarters. For example, setting only the jan(1) and jul(7) bits schedules this job to run only in January and July.
