What is clientGroupAddressAssign?

This read-create BIT STRING selects the allowed address-assignment scheme(s) for a client group: acceptClient(0) (use the address the client requests) and/or internalPool(1) (assign from a local address pool), with acceptClient taking priority when both are set. An admin configures this to control how dial-in or PPP clients in this group get their IP address, choosing whether to honor client-requested addresses, assign from a pool, or allow both with client requests preferred. Setting it to internalPool alone would force every client in this group to receive an address from the configured local pool rather than any address it requests.
