What is wfTokenRingCounterOverflows?
A counter tracking how many times one of the adapter's own internal error counters has overflowed and wrapped. An admin treats a nonzero value here as a sign that error rates on this port have been high enough, for long enough, to exceed the adapter's native counter width.
