What is wfSipL2Index?
This is the row index for the SIP Level-2 statistics table, and it corresponds directly to the Wellfleet router's internal circuit number for a given SMDS/SIP interface. Admins use it to line up L2 counters (received/sent PDUs, error counts) with the physical circuit they're troubleshooting. For example, circuit 3's L2 stats appear under wfSipL2Entry rows keyed by wfSipL2Index = 3.
