What is wfRRedundCctRSwitchOnFailure?
This enables(1) or disables(2), default enabled, whether a failure on this specific circuit is allowed to trigger a Router Redundancy role switch. An admin disables this on a circuit that shouldn't, by itself, be a good enough reason to fail the whole group over to a backup router.
