What is wfRRedundBidDuration?
This sets, in seconds (1-65535, default 45), the length of the bidding period during which Secondary routers compete to become the new Primary after the current one is lost. A shorter bidding period speeds up failover but leaves less time for slower-starting secondaries to participate in the election.
