What is wfIpRfRipImportApplyMask?
This read-write value overrides the mask applied to a route learned and accepted by this filter, instead of the route's natural mask; a NULL value applies the normal filter mask instead. An admin sets this when a RIP-learned route needs to be installed with a different subnet mask than what RIP itself advertised.
