What is wfMplsAtmSessDefVclXmtTagging?
This controls whether forward (transmit) VC traffic exceeding the peak or sustainable cell rate gets tagged rather than dropped, defaulting to off. An admin enables this to allow excess forward traffic through as lower-priority tagged cells instead of discarding it outright.
