Description: Receive (Backward) Sustainable Cell Rate in cells/second. This specifies the upper bound on the conforming average rate of an ATM connection, where 'average rate' is the number of cells transmitted divided by the 'duration of the connection'. 0 means best effort sustainable cell rate.

What is wfMplsAtmSessDefVclRcvSustainableCellRate?

This sets the receive sustainable cell rate, in cells/second, capping the long-term average backward traffic rate, defaulting to 0 (best-effort). An admin sets this when a session needs a guaranteed average receive throughput rather than best-effort service.
