What is wfModCtlDbgMsgLevel?
This object sets the MCD log message verbosity level using bitmask values for all, debug, info, warning, fault, and trace levels, defaulting to all. Admins adjust this to control how much diagnostic detail the Module Control Driver logs, narrowing it down from 'all' when troubleshooting a specific class of issue. For example, an admin chasing only fault-level events would set this to fault(524288) instead of leaving it at the noisier all(2031616) default.
