Multiple queues can be enabled by oring the selected bits together

What is wfIfpDrvCfgHiPriQueRdEnable?

A bitmask debug control enabling the driver to read and process specific high-priority outbound queues (per CAP port, SSP, or ATM path); the bits can be OR'd together to enable several queues at once, and is normally left at its all-queues default outside of troubleshooting.
