What is wfHssiOutQLen?
This read-only gauge reports the instantaneous length of the outbound packet queue, in packets, at the moment it's polled. A queue that's frequently near its configured maximum (wfHssiCfgTxQueueLength) signals sustained outbound congestion on this circuit.
