What is wfHssiBofl?
This enables or disables 'breath of life' keepalive testing on the HSSI line, defaulting to enabled(1). BOFL periodically sends test packets to detect a hung transmit path even when the physical carrier signal looks fine; disabling it is mainly a troubleshooting or debug measure.
