wwpLeosFTransferNotifOnCompletion
Module: WWP-LEOS-FILE-TRANSFER-MIB
OID (symbolic): WWP-LEOS-FILE-TRANSFER-MIB::wwpLeosFTransferNotifOnCompletion
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6141.2.60.23.1.1.6
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: TruthValue
Access: read-write
Description: Specifies whether or not a wwpLeosFTransferCompletion notification should be issued on completion of the TFTP transfer. If such a notification is desired, it is the responsibility of the management entity to ensure that the SNMP administrative model is configured in such a way as to allow the notification to be delivered.
What is wwpLeosFTransferNotifOnCompletion?
This read-write TruthValue, defaulting to true, specifies whether a wwpLeosFTransferCompletion notification should be sent when the TFTP transfer finishes. An admin sets it to false to suppress the completion trap for transfers they intend to poll manually, or leaves it true so their NMS is alerted automatically, provided the SNMP notification configuration permits delivery. For example, an admin running an unattended firmware upgrade script leaves wwpLeosFTransferNotifOnCompletion at true so the NMS receives a trap confirming the transfer finished.
