Description: If set to true, makes sure that the port on which it is enabled is a designated port. If the Root Guard enabled port receives a superior BPDU, it goes to a discarding state.
What is wsSwMstpPortGuardRoot?
Enables Root Guard on this port, forcing it to remain a designated port and go into discarding state if it ever receives a superior BPDU. An admin enables this on ports facing untrusted or access-layer switches to prevent them from becoming the spanning tree root unexpectedly.
