What is wsSwMstVlanMstIndex?
Reports which CIST/MSTI instance (0-16) a given VLAN is mapped to. An admin reads this as the reverse lookup of the wsSwMstMapVlansNk bitmaps, to quickly check one VLAN's instance assignment.
