What is sysExtLicenseFlags?
Reports status flags for one entry in the controller's installed license table: 'E' means enabled, 'A' means auto-generated, and 'R' means a reboot is required to activate it. Admins check for an 'R' flag to know a recently applied license won't take effect until the controller is rebooted.
