Description: You can write reset mask to reset individual alarms. An alarm will be reset only if the activating condition no longer exists.

What is vlsAlarmsResetMask?

Writing a bit mask here resets the corresponding latched alarms in vlsAlarmsActiveMask, but only for alarms whose triggering condition has actually cleared; an alarm whose underlying problem is still present will not reset even if its bit is written.
