What is cdx6500VoiceCfgXlateSigInfo1001FromRemoteToLocalPort?

A signaling-translation table entry: when the remote end reports ABCD signaling state 1001, this 4-character value is the pattern transmitted out the local port, with 0000 mapping to idle/onhook and 1111 to active/offhook for analog E&M ports. One of 16 per-remote-state translation entries used to bridge CAS signaling conventions between the local and remote port types.
