Entering a positive number for the 'Input Signal Level' will result in the DSPM card attenuating the signal by that many dB.

What is cdx6500VoiceCfgTxInputSignalLevel?

The configured transmit input signal level in 0.5 dBm steps, whose valid range depends on interface type (e.g. FXO 600-ohm allows +6.0 to -2.5 dBm, 4-wire E&M allows +7.0 to -16.0 dBm). A negative entry tells the DSPM card to amplify the incoming signal by that many dB, a positive entry to attenuate it, letting an admin level-match mismatched PBX equipment.
