Description: The received signalling state that represents the Busyout state. For E1 ports and T1 ESF ports, these bits represent the ABCD signalling bits on the interface. For E&M analog ports, Offhook is assumed for the busyout/alarm state. The range is 0000 to 1111.

What is cdx6500VoiceCfgTransparentSignalingBusyoutState?

In transparent signaling mode, the received 4-bit ABCD pattern (range 0000-1111) treated as the busyout/alarm state; for analog E&M ports offhook is assumed instead. Configuring this correctly lets the port detect a far-end busyout condition even when signaling bits are passed through rather than interpreted.
