What is cdx6500VoiceCfgSignalingMode?
Controls whether call signaling is passed end-to-end (normal), suppressed with a permanently-open voice path (none), or unset (nc). 'none' is used to build a nailed-up/leased voice circuit where packet flow is always on regardless of on/off-hook state, while 'normal' is the typical dial-up trunk behavior.
