What is cdx6500VoiceCfgSignalingControl?

Chooses the signaling handshake used on an E&M trunk for passing digits: immediate, wink-start, transparent, delay-dial, master/slave Colisee simulation, or seizure-acknowledge. An admin matches this to whatever the connected PBX expects (e.g. 'wink' waits for a wink pulse before sending digits); the object is skipped entirely on FXO/FXS interfaces since it only applies to E&M.
