What is psOperStatus?

This read-only enumerated value reports the operational status of a power supply: on(1), off(2), or unknown(3). Admins poll this to detect a failed or powered-down redundant power supply. For example, this object reporting off(2) on a redundant power supply would alert an admin that the unit is now running on a single power source.
