What is xdsl2LineStatusAttainableRateUs?

This OID holds a number representing the maximum upload speed (in bits per second) that the DSL line can currently achieve based on line conditions. It tells you what the line is capable of delivering right now, accounting for noise, distance, and signal quality. A technician diagnosing slow upload speeds would check this value to determine if the line's maximum capability is the bottleneck or if something else is limiting performance.
