What is xdsl2LineAlarmConfProfileRowStatus?
Controls creation, activation, and deletion of a line alarm-threshold profile row. Before a profile can be deleted or taken out of service, every alarm template row referencing it via xdsl2LAlarmConfTempLineProfile must first be reassigned, preventing an operator from yanking an in-use alarm-threshold profile out from under lines that depend on it.
