Description: Rate Adaptation Ratio. The ratio (in percent) that should be taken into account for the bearer channel #2 when performing rate adaptation on Downstream. The ratio refers to the available data rate in excess of the Minimum Data Rate, summed over all bearer channels. Also, the 100 - xdsl2LConfTempChan2RaRatioDs is the ratio of excess data rate to be assigned to all other bearer channels on Downstream direction. The sum of rate adaptation ratios over all bearers on the same direction shall be equal to
100%.
What is xdsl2LConfTempChan2RaRatioDs?
Sets, as a percentage, how much of the downstream rate-adaptation headroom above the Minimum Data Rate is assigned to bearer channel #2, defaulting to 0 (since most lines only use channel #1). An admin only needs to tune this on multi-bearer-channel deployments where a second channel is actually provisioned and should share in downstream rate gains.
