What is xdsl2LConfProfRaModeDs?
Selects the rate-adaptation mode (e.g. manual/fixed rate, or dynamic rate adaptation that lets the modem re-negotiate its downstream rate in response to changing noise margin) for the xTU-C's transmit direction. An operator picks 'dynamicRa' on noisy or variable loops so the line automatically trades rate for stability instead of dropping sync when conditions worsen.
