Sets, in seconds (0-16383), how long the downstream noise margin must stay below the Downstream Down-Shift Noise Margin (xdsl2LConfProfRaDsNrmDs) before the xTU-R attempts to decrease the downstream rate under dynamic rate adaptation. A shorter interval makes the line react faster to worsening conditions at the cost of possibly downshifting rate on brief noise spikes.
