Sets the maximum nominal upstream transmit PSD, in units of 0.1 dBm/Hz (-600 to -300, i.e. -60 to -30 dBm/Hz), the CPE modem may use during initialization and Showtime. Operators tune this per mode (ADSL2+/VDSL2 etc., since it's per mode-specific profile entry) to cap upstream transmit power for spectral-compatibility with other services sharing the same cable binder.
