What is xdsl2LConfProfDpboFMax?
Sets the maximum frequency, in units of 4.3125 kHz (coded 32-6956, i.e. 138 kHz to ~30 MHz), above which downstream power back-off (DPBO) is no longer applied on this VDSL2 cabinet deployment. An operator tunes this so DPBO protects legacy exchange-based ADSL services sharing the binder without unnecessarily throttling the cabinet-fed VDSL2 line's higher frequencies.
