What is xdsl2ChStatusActDelay?

This object measures the actual one-way interleaving delay introduced by the transmission controller on a VDSL2 bearer channel, expressed in milliseconds. Interleaving delay affects latency-sensitive applications like voice over IP and online gaming. Network operators monitor this value to ensure quality-of-service meets service level agreements and to diagnose latency problems.
