usdRadiusClientNasIpAddrUse

Module: Unisphere-Data-RADIUS-CLIENT-MIB

OID (symbolic): Unisphere-Data-RADIUS-CLIENT-MIB::usdRadiusClientNasIpAddrUse

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4874.2.2.19.1.1.16

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The value used by the client for the NAS-IP-Addr attribute (attribute number 4): normal Use the ERX IP address value in the NAS-IP-Addr attribute (attribute 4). tunnelClientEndpoint Use the Tunnel Client's address value in the NAS-IP-Addr attribute (attribute 4) for tunnel users.

What is usdRadiusClientNasIpAddrUse?

Selects what address value the client puts in the NAS-IP-Addr attribute (attribute 4): normal(0, default) uses the router's own IP address, or tunnelClientEndpoint(1) uses the tunnel client's address for tunnel users. An admin sets this to tunnelClientEndpoint in tunneled deployments where the RADIUS server needs to see the originating tunnel client's address rather than the router's own.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4874.2.2.19.1.1.16
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> Unisphere-Data-RADIUS-CLIENT-MIB::usdRadiusClientNasIpAddrUse

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4874.2.2.19.1.1.16.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> Unisphere-Data-RADIUS-CLIENT-MIB::usdRadiusClientNasIpAddrUse.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4874.2.2.19.1.1.16.1 i <value>
