What is usdRadiusClientCallingStationIdFormat?
Selects the format used for the Calling-Station-ID attribute (attribute 31): delimited(0, default), using delimiter-separated BAS name/interface/layer-2-identifier fields, or fixedFormat(1), using a fixed byte layout of hostname plus slot/port/VPI/VCI digits. An admin picks fixedFormat when the RADIUS backend expects a strict positional encoding rather than delimited text.
