What is usdRadiusClientAcctSessionIdFormat?
Selects the format used for the Acct-Session-ID attribute (attribute 44): decimal(0) for a plain ASCII decimal value, or description(1, default) for a value that also encodes interface type, slot, port, circuit and a hex value. An admin would pick decimal if the accounting backend expects a simpler numeric session identifier.
