Description: The PPPoE major interface parameter PADI flag controls whether to always repsond to a PADI with a PADO regardless of the ability to create the session and allow the session establish phase to resolve it.
What is usdPppoeProfilePadiFlag?
This value controls whether the PPPoE major interface always responds to a PADI discovery packet with a PADO, regardless of whether it can currently guarantee it can create the session, deferring any failure to the later session-establishment phase. Admins enable it, overriding the disabled default, to keep the interface visibly answering discovery broadcasts even when near capacity. For example, enabling it ensures the router still replies to a client's PADI near session limits, letting the negotiation fail cleanly later instead of going silent.
