Attach a policy by setting this value to the ID of the policy.
Remove a policy attachment by setting this value to zero.
This object may be modified while the row is active. If so, the attachment is immediate.
What is usdPolicyIfOutputPolicyId?
Obsolete field controlling attachment of an output policy to an interface (0 removes the attachment), superseded by usdPolicyIfAttachPolicyId. An admin should manage output policy attachment through the current usdPolicyIfAttachTable instead.
