What is usdDvmrpMcastAdminState?
This read-only value reports whether IP multicast forwarding is currently enabled or disabled on the device, a setting that is actually controlled through the separate multicast component rather than through DVMRP itself. An admin checks this to confirm multicast is active before troubleshooting why DVMRP routes aren't being installed, since DVMRP can't do anything useful if multicast is off. A value of disable(0) here explains why no multicast traffic is flowing even though DVMRP interfaces look configured correctly.
