What is upsLastTestedBackupTime?

This read-only value, in minutes, reports the backup runtime measured during the most recent battery test. An admin uses it as the most trustworthy real-world runtime figure, refreshed only by actually performing a battery test rather than relying on estimates. For example, a last-tested backup time of 8 minutes tells the admin the actual measured runtime is much shorter than the UPS's rated capacity, warranting a battery check.
