What is iBMPSGUMSComponentHealthLastUpdate?
This value records when this health record was last updated, sourced from the underlying IBMPSG_UMSComponentHealth.LastUpdate field. An admin uses this to judge how current a component's reported health status is, since a health record that hasn't updated recently may no longer reflect the component's real condition. As an illustrative example, a stale value here for a component expected to report frequently would prompt the admin to check whether that component's health monitoring agent is still running.
