What is iBMPSGUMSComponentHealthLastState?
This read-only value records the component's previous health state code, from the underlying IBMPSG_UMSComponentHealth.LastState field, immediately prior to its current state. An admin compares this against the current state object to see whether a component's health just changed and in which direction. As an illustrative example, a last state of a normal code paired with a current state of an error code would indicate the component just transitioned into a fault condition.
