What is ubiSyslogTerminalSeverity?

Sets the minimum syslog severity level that will be processed for terminal output. Admins tune this independently from the console severity, for example keeping a quieter console but a more verbose terminal session during active troubleshooting. Setting this to debug(8) during a troubleshooting session would surface the most granular log detail in the admin's terminal.
