What is ubiSyslogConsoleSeverity?

Sets the minimum syslog severity level, from emergency(1) through debug(8), that will be processed for console output. Admins raise this threshold to reduce console noise, showing only critical or error-level events, or lower it to see more verbose informational and debug messages. Setting this to warning(5) would show warning-and-above messages on the console while suppressing routine notice and informational chatter.
