What is ubiNtpServerRowStatus?
This is the standard RowStatus control column for a row in the NTP time server table, used to create, activate, or delete a configured time server entry. Admins manipulate this value through SNMP SET operations to add a new NTP server or remove one that's no longer needed, following the usual RowStatus state machine. For example, setting this to createAndGo(4) while also supplying ubiNtpServerAddrType and ubiNtpServerAddr adds and immediately activates a new time server entry.
