Description: Count of Out-of-Frame events on a T1 circuit. An out-of- frame event occurs when the frame synchronization criteria is lost and a resynchronization must occur. Data is interrupted during frame resynchronization. This field is a free-running accumulation of OOF transitions and IS NOT reset when the current 15 minute interval expires. It can be reset with the performance command ty3250T1PerfClearEvents.
