What is tunnelInetConfigStorageType?

This read-create value sets the storage type, such as volatile or nonVolatile, of a row in the version-neutral tunnel configuration table; if the row's storage type is permanent(4), none of its objects need to be writable. Admins set it to control whether a configured tunnel's definition survives a device reboot. For example, setting this to nonVolatile(3) for an important production tunnel ensures its configuration is retained across a device restart rather than being lost.
